We are pleased to announce a revised edition of our social media guide. We have updated the whole booklet and added new sections to make using social media for an association or organisation as easy as possible to understand.

 

We originally created this document for internal use while we created our social media strategy, but felt the research would be relevant to others. We released our first edition in May 2013 but the social media world works quickly, and we felt it time to make updates to the guide to make it more relevant for today.
