Construction Products Europe through its working groups has internally discussed, and developed this document according to their knowledge and expertise to summarize the main obstacles found by construction product manufacturers when applying the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). This document also contains proposals and suggestions to improve the implementation of the Regulation and streamline the communication of construction products’ characteristics to our customers and other stakeholders in the construction chain.

The European Commission has started some initiatives to assess the regulatory situation of the construction activities, including external reports and fitness checks and this is our first input.
