Important focus in Raw materials knowledge and the supply chain. Relevant EU projects on mining data and mining knowledge. As well as an interesting panel discussion: Mining information in Europe. "Not only metallic mining”

 

Includes 4 parallel sessions:

  • Knowledge: Mining and minerals for society.
  • Using data and resources standards in the mining industry.
  • Mineral statistics, from country to EU level. Prodcom list and eurostat.
  • Social and environmental data S&E Acceptance in mining

It will include a 2 day optional field trip to an active and modern copper mine "Cobre las Cruces open pit” and Riotinto mining park. You can book one day (and return in the high speed train) or both days.
